1. Warranty Coverage

ROLEYX provides a limited warranty of up to 24 months from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty periods vary by component:

  • Frame โ€” up to 2 years
  • Motor โ€” 1 year
  • Battery โ€” 1 year
  • Controller โ€” 1 year
  • Display โ€” 1 year
  • Charger โ€” 6 months

Wear parts such as tires, inner tubes, grips, and similar components are covered for a limited period (14โ€“30 days depending on the item).


2. What We Provide

If a defect is confirmed under warranty, ROLEYX will:

  • Provide replacement parts free of charge
  • Offer remote support (instructions, videos, troubleshooting)
  • Arrange repair or replacement when necessary

Within the first 7 days after delivery, scooters with confirmed manufacturing defects may be eligible for replacement.


3. Shipping Policy for Warranty

  • Within 30 days of delivery: parts and shipping are covered by ROLEYX
  • After 30 days: replacement parts are free, shipping costs are paid by the customer

Labor costs are not included unless otherwise specified.


4. Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service:

  • Valid proof of purchase is required
  • Product must be unmodified and properly maintained
  • Product must not show signs of misuse, abuse, or improper storage
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
  • Warranty is non-transferable

5. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, rubber or plastic parts, etc.)
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading, etc.)
  • Water damage or moisture-related damage
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Use for rental, commercial, or racing purposes
  • Third-party parts not supplied by ROLEYX
  • Missing parts due to lack of maintenance

6. Environmental Limitations

ROLEYX scooters are water-resistant but not waterproof.

Damage caused by rain exposure, submersion, corrosion, or improper storage is not covered under warranty.


7. Owner Responsibilities

The owner is responsible for:

  • Performing regular maintenance as described in the user manual
  • Using the product under appropriate conditions
  • Keeping records of service and repairs

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in denial of warranty claims.


8. Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact:

Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos

Our team will respond within 1โ€“3 business days with next steps.


9. Additional Terms

  • Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts
  • ROLEYX reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all claims
  • If a claim is not covered, a repair quotation may be provided
  • Replacement parts may be new or equivalent in performance
