At ROLEYX, we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver and aim to provide a smooth and reliable experience for every customer.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly on roleyx.com.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions.

Please ensure:

  • The product is in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items are included
  • The item is securely packaged

The item must be shipped within 7 days after approval, and a valid tracking number must be provided.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After Shipment:
If the order has already shipped, please contact us after delivery to initiate a return.
Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.


Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

If you wish to cancel, please refer to the cancellation and return policy above.


Returns After Delivery

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Conditions:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Offer a replacement or full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be in good condition (light testing is acceptable)
  • Include all original packaging
  • Include all accessories and manuals
  • Have no major wear, damage, or modifications

Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns if:

  • The product shows significant use or damage
  • The item is missing parts or packaging
  • The return was not approved in advance
  • The return is sent as COD (cash on delivery)

Non-Official Purchases

If the product was purchased through a distributor or another platform,
please contact the original seller for return assistance.
