Shipping & Delivery Policy (ROLEYX)

At ROLEYX, we work with professional U.S. fulfillment partners and overseas warehouses to provide reliable and efficient delivery service across the United States.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and fulfilled through our U.S. warehouse and logistics partners.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Orders are primarily shipped via FedEx and other professional delivery partners depending on package size and destination.

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–7 business days within the continental United States.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We aim to ship all completed orders within 72 hours.

For orders that include backordered items, processing times may be longer.
We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid potential delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be provided.


Shipping Risk and Responsibility

The risk of loss and ownership of the product transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

While ROLEYX is not responsible for issues that occur after the shipment is in transit, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping-related concerns whenever possible.


Shipping  Cost

We offer free shipping within the continental United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, islands, or special delivery locations.

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

We take great care in packaging all products securely. However, damage may occur during transit.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please refuse delivery if possible and ask the carrier to note the reason as "damaged"
  • If damage is not visible at delivery, please inspect the product carefully after receipt

If damage is discovered:

  • Contact both the shipping carrier and ROLEYX as soon as possible
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • Request a claim or confirmation number from the carrier

All shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep all original packaging, as it may be required for claims.


Unsuccessful Delivery

If a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery attempts:

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
  • Re-delivery costs may apply
  • A $50 administrative fee may also be charged to cover handling and processing

Returned items will be held for up to 7 days before being restocked.


Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout:

  • The customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs required for re-delivery
  • ROLEYX is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address information

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer:

  • A 15% restocking fee may be applied
  • Original shipping and return shipping costs may also be deducted

However, this fee will not apply if the refusal is due to obvious shipping damage.
